Regional Coverage and Deployment

Application of Wireless SDR in Regional Coverage and Key Deployment
Handheld SDRs or manpack SDRs are carried by individual personnel, vehicle-mounted SDRs are installed on mobile units, and emergency deployment nodes are rapidly set up at temporary sites or on street light poles. This enables the immediate establishment of an on-site wireless mesh network, allowing for swift key deployment and local coordination in the target area. It effectively facilitates the forward positioning of the command center and enables real-time on-site command and dispatch.

Fixed SDRs are deployed on high-rise buildings and elevated points in urban areas, serving as relay transmission nodes and centralized uplink points. This significantly enhances the system's regional coverage capability and, when combined with mobile nodes in the forward target area, forms a"hybrid mobile-fixed" multi-hop relay. This ensures wireless connectivity and information sharing in non-line-of-sight (NLOS) and multipath scenarios.

The centralized uplink SDRs at elevated positions ultimately transmit on-site information from the target area to the rear command center in a timely manner. This supports analysis, judgment, and command decision-making, enabling real-time information exchange between front and rear lines as well as coordinated group command operations.
